The room was stunning and had a delicious plum cake, internet access, and surprisingly spacious twin beds.

The location was central, situated right next to the Coast to Coast Walk, making it an ideal spot for exploring both the lakes and dales. there’s a lovely Indian restaurant called the Mango Tree nearby, along with a pub directly across the road. The room was spacious and functional, which made for a very pleasant stay.

Fascinating hotel, excellent breakfast with a wide array of choice, excellent location immediately opposite the square. Well furnished room, extremely comfy bed and quiet in the evenings. Location close enough to the centre of Kirkby Stephen, good eating places, and Coast.

Had a great stay in a single room with wonderful facilities and tasteful decor in a very central location in town.

The double room with a brand new bathroom and facilities worked well for us, the stunning location and very friendly staff were a great bonus.

The staff were lovely and fantastic all the time. The rooms were newly decorated and beds - very comfy. Separate bathrooms, that included a bath.

The staff here are amazing, super friendly, and the location is perfect, right in the center of a village with great dining options nearby, plus shops and a market within easy reach.

This place is impeccably clean with friendly staff, serving an amazing breakfast including delicious porridge; the location is fantastic; the rooms are spacious, each uniquely decorated, with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows.

Enjoyed my time here. the location is great for exploring the Eden valley or attending a wedding nearby. Couldn't find a single thing to complain about, had a cozy stay. 🌟

The room was recently renovated and a good size, plus it had a lovely bath. 😊 the breakfast was delicious and really impressive, especially the awesome porridge. the staff were friendly and helpful.
